Items purchased in store may be returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange. Items must be in original condition (new, unused, unworn, unwashed) with original tags attached. Any items that are on sale for 30% off or more are final sale.
Items purchased online may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. All items will be sent with a yellow Lets Bag It tag. Items will not be accepted back if tag is cut off. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
***IMPORTANT: If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject please write order number .We will send you back a return authorization number. PLEASE NOTE; We will not accept any returns without an authorization number.
Gift Certificates are non refundable.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more within the United States (including United States territories such as Puerto Rico and military bases).
We offer expedited shipping within the 48 contiguous United States and free pick-up-in-store options. You can select your desired method during checkout.
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Shipping times may vary due to the availability of merchandise and carrier used. Orders are not shipped on federal holidays.
